Zero Tolerance for Bribery

TECAD ENERGIES has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. We are committed to conducting business fairly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act 2000.

What is Prohibited?

No employee or third party acting on our behalf may offer, give, request, or accept any form of bribe, kickback, or other undue advantage to influence a business outcome.

Gifts, Hospitality, and Expenses

Gifts or hospitality are permitted only if they are:

Reasonable in value and frequency
Not offered to influence a decision or gain an advantage
Transparent and properly recorded in expenses

Cash or cash-equivalent gifts (like gift cards) are strictly prohibited.

Facilitation Payments

We do not make "facilitation" or "grease" payments to secure or expedite routine government services.

Due Diligence

We conduct risk-based due diligence on all agents, consultants, and partners before engagement.

Reporting

You must report any suspicion or offer of bribery immediately via our Whistleblowing channel. Confidentiality and protection from retaliation are guaranteed.
