Our Commitment to Transparency

While TECAD ENERGIES is a Nigerian company, we align our transparency practices with the principles of global standards, including the spirit of Canada's Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA). We are committed to transparency in our payments to governments, reflecting our dedication to ethical conduct and good corporate citizenship.

Our Approach

We will maintain accurate records of specific categories of payments made to any level of government, both in Nigeria and abroad, in relation to our extractive activities. These payments include, but are not limited to:

Royalties
Fees, including licence fees
Production entitlements
Bonuses (such as signature bonuses)
Dividends

Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI)

Our primary framework for disclosure is through compliance with the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) standards. We support NEITI's mission to promote transparency and accountability in the management of Nigeria's extractive industry revenues.
