Always act with integrity, fairness, and honesty. If you are unsure if an action is ethical, ask yourself: Is it legal? Is it consistent with our values? Would I be comfortable if it appeared on the news?
Avoid situations where your personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of TECAD ENERGIES. Disclose any potential conflicts to your manager or the Legal Department immediately.

You have a duty to report any suspected violations of this Code. TECAD ENERGIES prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.
Failure to comply with this Code will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
